Before completing your purchase, please read through the contents of this page so you are clear on our policies.

Returns and Exchanges

Pack for Paris is a small business and the majority of our pieces are made to order. Refunds are not accepted, but in the event that your jewelry is damaged upon receipt, we will fix your piece or exchange your item for another of equal or lesser value. Most of our jewelry is one-of-a-kind or limited stock, so we will do our best to work with your request. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package and return the item within 14 days. Item must be unworn with its original packaging. We will not accept used items, worn, washed or altered. You will be sent instructions on how to complete the exchange. Customer will pay the difference for a piece of greater value.

Pack for Paris will not accept returned items that were sent directly to us without reaching out to us first for a return/exchange confirmation. You can begin this process by emailing hello@packforparisjewelry.com. You can also request a replacement/exchange by completing the Contact form. We will send you a prepaid return label via email.

Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. Additional shipping charges will not be applied on any exchange order if the merchandise is of equal or lesser value. Normal production time is 7-14 business days.

Allow up to three weeks for your request to be received and processed. We will send an email confirming that your return or exchange Is being handled. You may also check the status of your return by logging on to your account and viewing your order history.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your purchase, please contact us at hello@packforparisjewelry.com or complete this form. There will be a 10% cancellation charge on orders that have been processed. Orders are usually processed within 24 hr. of placement. Your refund approval can take up to 7 days.

Shipping

Please check shipping times for each individual listing. Items pre-made and in stock will be shipped in 3-5 business days, while made-to-order pieces ship in 7-10 business days. If the same order includes multiple items with different shipping windows, shipping will be combined and mailed in 7-10 business days.

Domestic Orders: All jewelry orders are mailed via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted. Clothing is shipped USPS Priority Mail. You will be provided with a tracking number once your product is shipped. Shipping status can be checked through every stage of shipment.

International Orders:

If you would like to place an order to be shipped outside the USA, please contact us for assistance before making your purchase. Wholesale orders can be shipped internationally when purchased via FAIRE.

USPS® Coronavirus Updates: Expected Delivery Changes

Please note: Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. First-Class Package Service® two and three day service commitments will be extended to three and four days respectively. First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Expect to experience delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Pack for Paris is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost or stolen. You are highly encouraged to purchase insurance—especially for international orders. Please inquire in the “notes” section at checkout.

Make sure that the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not replace or refund any packages that are "Returned To Sender" due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package that attempted to be delivered.

Signature will be required on orders over $400.
